Jackson Browne to Play Benefit Concert This August

Jackson Browne is a legend in the Folk Rock world, a founding member of the California Folk sound, and all around first class rocker for over 40 years. The son of a military officer, Jackson, was actually born in Heidelberg Germany in 1948, with his family returning to the states and making a home in the So Cal area.

Jackson has also been a dedicated activist for Anti-Nuclear, Democratic, and Peace, and now we hear he’s going to play a benefit concert on the last night of the ‘Veterans for Peace,’ 32nd annual convention on August 13th in Chicago.

Jackson will continue his busy touring schedule after the Chicago convention, with a few ‘Laid Back Festival’ stops in late September.
