It’s the first half of the week, and we’re one week away from the mid-way point for the summer, the July 4th holiday. Here are a few music headlines…

Iron Maiden is in the middle of their ‘Book of Souls’ Tour, with stops in Albuquerque, Phoenix, San Bernardino, and Las Vegas over the next seven days.

‘Beggars Banquet: Photographs by Michael Joseph’ is a traveling art/photo exhibit about to open in London next week at the Proud Galleries on the Kings Road, showing off the two most famous Rolling Stone photo shoots during their reign of popularity.

If you’re a Bob Seger fan you’ll be pleased to hear that the majority of his archives/discography is now available on your favorite steaming platforms.

KISS founder and all around rich person Gene Simmons has put together a band for a solo tour this summer, the dates recently announced; Gene opens in Funner, CA on August 4th, then Riverside on the 5th, wrapping up the brief fall tour in Austin, TX in early November.
