The Backstreet Boys were born in the mid-90s in Orlando, its original members Kevin Richardson, Brian Littell, A. J. McLean, Howie Dorough, and Nick Carter, was created by then manager Lou Pearlman. If you remember the 90s, ‘Boyz II Men’, ‘NSYNC’ and ‘New Kids on the Block’ were all fighting for the same stage as the Backstreet Boys, so it’s a credit to their talents and persistence that they were able to break through the competition.
It’s also amazing that they survived their manager as Lou Pearlman was eventually convicted of a Ponzi scheme that lost investors nearly $300 million dollars. Lou was convicted of committing various crimes, but sadly died in prison last year. Here are a few of the upcoming live shows…
