The Very Best Boy Bands of All-Time

It’s widely accepted that young men get onstage with a guitar to have girls notice them. That being said, it’s also widely accepted that if you’re a member of a popular ‘boy band,’ girls will definitely notice you. What are the best ‘Boy Bands’ of all-time? Here’s what we think…

In the 90s, out of ‘O’ town or Orlando, Lou Pearlman founded one of the most successful labels which handled only the best boy bands. The Backstreet Boys (the most successful selling boy band at $140 million + in total sales) and NYNSC were his biggest acts. Deep within NYNSC was a young singer from Memphis by the name of Justin Timberlake who would eventually explode with an incredible solo career.

Boyz II Men had a terrific run in the 90s and 2000s, while New Edition (featuring Bobby Brown) enjoyed great success in he late 70s and 80s -on the charts and on the road.

In the 90s, the band New Kids on the Block exploded out of Boston starring Joey McIntyre and Donnie Wahlberg. The band 98 Degrees came out of LA in the late 90s and scored many hits and sold millions of albums.

In recent times, the Jonas Brothers and One Direction have grabbed the mantle of boy band mania.
