As we all know, Jay Z has himself his own streaming music service called Tidal. He’s co-owner of it and recently it looks as if he has made a business move with his music to help that streaming service. He has taken all of his music off of one of if not its biggest competitor, Spotify.
The only songs that can be found on Spotify that include Jay Z are ones that are collaborative efforts. That means you can find the old school hit, “Numb/Encore” from Jay Z and Linkin Park on Spotify as well as “Clique” with Big Sean, Kanye West and Jay Z. There are a few more hits on the service as well as two albums he worked with R Kelly on.
Jay Z and Tidal have made some big personal and business moves lately as the company sold a third of its stack to Spring earlier this year.
