Early on this week we’ve already seen multiple college football games played. We love bowl season and can’t help but watch every game possible. There’s plenty more where that came from and in the next seven days or so we have plenty of great action to check out. Here are three of our favorite matchups in the next week.
It’s starting to become a Christmas tradition in our household where we watch the Hawai’I Bowl before heading to midnight mass. The matchups are typically between two obscure schools, but there is always action. This year it pits the team from the island, Hawai’I, against Middle Tennessee State. We should see plenty of points in this one.
Eastern Michigan and Old Dominion is a matchup of two teams not used to bowl season. Both have been pretty bad in the past, but both impressed many in 2016. Old Dominion is a small favorite in this one where even more points should be scored than on Christmas eve.
BYU against Wyoming is our favorite game in the next week. In this one we get to see the final game of Jamaal Williams’ up and done career. We also get to see some talented skill players from Wyoming by the names of Josh Allen and Brian Hill. BYU is a 10-point favorite in this one, but we think the Cowboys could pull off a big upset.
