Tumblr recently released their list of most talked about artists, bands and albums and to no one’s surprise, there are many great hip hop/R&B artists on the list. Beyonce’s “Lemonade” took the crown as the top album, while she took second for top solo artist. With the way it was released, how great of an album it was and the highly talked about lyrics, it should come as no surprise that it was the top album.
Beyonce wasn’t the only artist recognized in this list. Rihanna was fourth in the solo artist section while her album “Anti” made fifth on the album list. Kanye West came in at 14th and 7th thanks to his “The Life of Pablo” album and Drake was also featured on the list. He was the 9th solo artist and his “Views” album came in 13th.
