If you don’t know by now, you certainly know by the end of this week that Kate Upton is engaged to Detroit Tigers pitcher Justin Verlander. We say this because Kate took to Twitter to support her man and did it in a way that brought an enormous attention to her.
It all started because Justin Verlander finished second in the American League Cy Young race behind Rick Porcello. Kate felt her man deserved the award and did not appreciate two writers from Tampa, Florida leaving them off their voting ballots completely (a move many in baseball consider absolutely ridiculous). This is when the excitement really began.
Kate took to Twitter and sent out this tweet that many are saying is the tweet of the week and possibly of 2016, “Hey @MLB I thought I was the only person allowed to f*** @JustinVerlander ?! What 2 writers didn’t have him on their ballot?”
She would continue her Twitter rampage and honestly we’re not sure it’s appropriate even with censoring! Take to her Twitter page, @KateUpton, and you’ll see what we mean.
