There’s a song on your favorite radio station from Calum Scott an English/Canadian singer that is climbing the charts called “Dancing on My Own.”
Calum was born in Northern England in the 1990s, and it may seem funny now, but he began his singing career as a member of a ‘Maroon 5’ tribute band called ‘Maroon 4!’
Calum’s claim to fame is competing in the British talent sow “Britain’s got Talent” in 2015, where his twitter account blew up from 400 to 25,000 after appearing on the show. Through social media, Calum began to grow his fan base, enjoying 70 million views from YouTube; inspiring a record label to sing him sight unseen.
