The 2016-2017 NBA season isn’t too far away and the anticipation of the season is growing. We’re not sure about you, but we’re ready for the season to get here already! What a time it is to be a complete sports fan. If you combine the NFL and college football seasons with MLB playoffs and the start of the NBA season, this month has to be the best for sports right?
With the moves that happened this offseason, it’s pretty much expected that we see the Cleveland Cavaliers face the Golden State Warriors in the NBA Finals. What we’re going to do today is look at a few teams that could contend and make things difficult for those two teams…
The Eastern Conference is pretty wide open, but the teams we like to push the Cavs the most are the Celtics and the Pistons. The Celtics have a young team that gained valuable experience last year while the Pistons have a dominant big man that is still young enough to be in class to go along with a wizard of a head coach.
In the Western Conference the Warriors should be pushed by the Los Angeles Clippers assuming they stay healthy, the Oklahoma City Thunder because of Russell Westbrook and the San Antonio Spurs if Kawhi Leonard can take his game to another level.
