U2 has been working on new music since their last album release, “Songs of Innocence back in 2014,” and now they have some details to share with us. They have said that the album won’t be ready this year, but instead will be ready to go in 2017 accompanied by a tour. Bono did say though that some tour dates in September and October are a possibility.
While the wait will be tough, the band has been around too long to not trust their process and decision-making. The new album will be called “Songs of Experience” and the band members truly believe we’ll love the album.
Needless to say, we’re excited to see what they have in store for us hopefully in the coming months, but understand if it means 2017 before new music from them.
