Over the weekend, many Slipknot fans in Pennsylvania were unhappy with how the Slipknot and Marilyn Manson concert went. Terrible weather caused the power to go out and create confusion among fans in attendance. The sun would pop out, causing even more confusion when the event staff announced that the rest of the concert was concert. At the end of the day though, the event staff could not get the power back on besides the emergency lights.
This all happened during Manson’s set, meaning Slipknot never got to get on stage and please their fans. Nearly 9,000 fans were pushed out the doors after waiting around for 90 minutes to see what would happen. Needless to say, they were not happy they didn’t get to see the headliner.
Slipknot has come out and said they are going to do their best to right this situation and we have full confidence that they will rectify this unfortunate situation.
