It has been reported and confirmed that Kimbo Slice died Monday after being admitted into a hospital earlier that day. One of the biggest names in MMA history has passed away at the age of 42.
The reports out say that he died of heart failure and considering his large stature and stress that he put on his body each and every day, we’re not surprised. He was one of the most famous names in MMA because of his size, speed, and strength and will be greatly missed.
He first became popular because of his homemade backyard fighting videos that hit the Internet. That start earned him a chance in the UFC and while he did finish his career 7-0, he didn’t become the superstar many thought he would.
Kimbo Slice has passed away Monday at the age of 42.
