Cavs and Warriors Headed Different Directions

The Cleveland Cavaliers and the Golden State Warriors was the NBA Finals matchup everybody was itching to see, but we’re not so sure we’ll be seeing that anymore. The Cavs have done their part, winning all three home games they’ve played in including a big win Wednesday night against the Raptors, while the Warriors have struggled completely this series are down 3-1 to the Oklahoma City Thunder.

The Thunder have looked like legitimate contenders led by Russell Westbrook and Kevin Durant’s scoring and Steven Adams high powered defense. Will the Warriors be able to make a comeback and take this series to six or even seven games? Well, it’ll need to go seven games for the Warriors to move on to the next round of the playoffs.

The Cavaliers are 3-0 at home now and 0-2 on the road during this series and as long as that trend continues, they’ll be fine. One slip up though could be deadly as Toronto has looked deadly at home. This series has been heavily dependent on who the home team is and we expect that to continue throughout the rest of this series.
