Everyone knew “Captain America: Civil War” would be a great flick and do well at the box office, but what it churned out this past weekend was pretty amazing. It ended the weekend bringing in over an estimated $180 million!
This large number makes it the fifth largest opening weekend in history! The movie actually jumped another Marvel movie, Iron Man 3, for fifth place. People all over the world have loved this movie with $496.6 million being made internationally, which puts this movie over plenty of Marvel movies all-time.
Movie experts everywhere are expecting the movie to make over $300 million by the end of the week and think it could possibly break $500 million in the United States by the end of the month.
If you haven’t seen “Captain America: Civil War” then you must be one of the many movie watchers that have seen it!
