In celebration of the 20th anniversaries of their iconic albums The Poison and Ascendancy, Bullet for My Valentine and Trivium are expanding their Poisoned Ascendancy tour to North America in 2025. The tour will include stops in Canada, with shows in Vancouver, Montreal, and Toronto next spring.
“We’re thrilled to announce that we’re coming back to the USA in 2025 with our friends Trivium for the Poisoned Ascendancy tour,” said Bullet for My Valentine in a statement. “We’ll be celebrating 20 years of our debut album The Poison alongside Trivium’s Ascendancy. This will be the metal tour of the year, so don’t miss out!”
Trivium added, “This tour is for the old fans who’ve been with us since the Ozzfest days, the new fans who love our deep cuts but haven’t seen us live, and for both bands to reflect on how incredible these past 20 years have been.”
The tour will also feature support from August Burns Red, Sylosis, and Bleed from Within on select dates. Kicking off in Vancouver on March 30, 2025, the tour will wind through the U.S. and Canada, finishing up in Raleigh, NC, on May 18.
Tickets go on sale to the public on September 20, following presales that started this week.
