The Weeknd recently swept the 2023 Juno Awards Opening night that was livestreamed from the Edmonton Convention Centre on Saturday, march 11th. The icon took home artist of the year for a record fourth time, songwriter for the year for a record fourth time, single of the year for a record third time, and pop album of the year for the first time for Dawn FM.
In total The Weeeknd has 21 total Juno Awards, which tiers him with Bryan Adams for second place on the all time Juno leaderboard. The Weeknd was also nominated for two additional awards on March 13th for the main Juno Awards.
