Ariana Grande and The Weeknd have collaborated for a remix of “Die For You” off of The Weeknd’s 2016 album Starboy. Ariana Grande revealed the remix through a teasing TikTok just last week, and shared a short segment of her verse on it.
Grande wrote on the platform, “Wrote and recorded a verse for my friend after a 14-hour day on set, This certain exception had to be made…”
The Weeknd also re-shared Ariana Grande’s video on Instagram, only a day prior to the remix’s official release. In the past the two have also joined up in 2014, when The Weeknd was featured on Grande’s “Love Me Harder” off of her second album, My Everything.
Other collaborations from The Weeknd and Ariana Grande in the past include Grande’s “Off The Table,” from her Positions project and two years ago for the “Save Your Tears” remix.
