Duran Duran Has Officially Announced A 2023 North American Tour

Duran Duran has just announced a North American Tour that will get started on May 27th at the BottleRock Festival in Napa Valley, California. The dates will run through the Summer and end on September 19th, in Toronto, Canada. The band will be supported by Bastille and Nile Rodgers & Chic for the entirety of the tour as they support their latest album, Future Past. General ticket sales start on February 16th, all ticketing information can be found on Duran Duran’s official website.

Singer Simon Le Bon stated in a press release, “It’s remarkable to me that as a band, we are still hitting new milestones, and introducing the sound of DD to new generations of music lovers, We are truly grateful that we get to do what we do on a daily basis and that we still love our job as much as we did when we started out some four decades ago.”

Duran Duran was inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame back in 2022, getting inducted the first time that they were nominated. In a BBC interview Le Bon expressed that, 2022 was “easily the best year that Duran Duran has had [since 1980] — and maybe, sort of in its own way, was better than anything we did then.”
