According to kguun9.com, The Pima County Medical Examiner’s office recently released the official autopsy report for the country music performer Luke Bell, who recently passed away in Tucson at the young age of 32 years old on Friday, August 26th. According to the medical examiner, Luke Bell passed away due to fentanyl intoxication. Concerns and reports started circulating on social media prior to Bell’s death that the star had gone ‘missing’ in Tucson. A passerby eventually found Bell unresponsive in a shaded area of the parking lot near North Craycroft and East Grant roads, with drug paraphernalia was also found.
