The alternative rock group The Pixies have announced a very short, four date set of performances in the United States. This new tour comes right after an already scheduled international Sumer Tour. Each and every show will take place in smaller venues early on in October. Often the Pixies are known for switching up their set-lists, the band will be deciding on what song to perform when the time comes. The band has a lot to draw from considering they have been around since 1986, however some new songs are likely to appear as well off of their newest album Doggerel. Doggerel is releasing on September 30th of this year, only a day before the tours first show. The first show will take place in San Diego, California on October the first with shows in both Anaheim and Los Angeles following that. The final show of the brief tour will be taking place at Terminal 5 in New York City on October the fourth.
