The Warriors Ban a Klay Thompson Impersonator From Chase Center

Dawson Gurley, a Youtube who impersonates Klay Thompson, has done so for seven years now. However, his fun is over as he was recently banned from Chase Center due to his impersonations. Golden State has confirmed the ban is real after, “An individual falsely impersonated a Warriors player in a deliberate attempt to access unauthorized areas within Chase Center,” according to a Warriors spokesperson, “These actions have resulted in a lifetime ban from both Chase Center and Kaiser Permanente Arena.” Kaiser Permanente Arena is an arena where the Warriors G League team plays and it looks like he also is disallowed from attending those events. The Warriors decided to place the ban after Gurley decided to walk past five layers of security guards, and shot the ball around for about ten minutes prior to game 5 of the NBA Finals series, where the Warriors would be matching up against the Celtics. Gurley also claimed that he purchased $10,000 in tickets that the Warriors will not refund to him due to his behavior and the ban itself.
