Kendrick Lamar Adds More Tease for his Upcoming Album

Legendary rapper Kendrick Lamar teased his fans recently by promoting his newest album on his website, Oklama.

The new link on Lamar’s website features a black folder labeled “master,” which presents a photograph of a hand holding a book with Kendrick’s name on it and the phrase “Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers.”

This latest reveal supports Lamar’s statements last month that his new album would be released on May 13th, 2022. Lamar first teased his new album in August of 2021, and fans have eagerly waited for the next opportunity to learn more about the rapper’s next studio recording.

Lamar has been one of the busiest and most successful rappers of the last few years. After his 2017 album Damn. which won Lamar a Pulitzer Prize, he championed the Black Panther soundtrack that struck a chord with millions. Lamar has won multiple Grammy awards, and recently was nominated for an Oscar for his and Sza’s song “All The Stars.”
