Roxy Music has just announced that they will be embarking on a 50th-anniversary tour throughout North America and Europe this fall.
The band’s first time back on the road with the lineup of Bryan Ferry, Andy Mackay, Phil Manzanera, and Paul Thompson since 2011, the trek will begin on September 7th in Toronto, Canada, and will wrap up on October 14th in London, England.
St. Vincent will open as Roxy Music’s supporting act for all North American dates except Boston.
Roxy Music will also be celebrating their 50th anniversary by reissuing all of their eight studio albums on vinyl. The reissue will be mastered at half-speed and will kick off with their 1972 self-titled album and For Your Pleasure released on April 1st. The remaining albums will be dropped in pairs throughout the rest of the year.
