Twelve teams remain after Thursday in the 2022 NCAA Tournament and still four more are to be eliminated before the Elite Eight go head-to-head over the weekend.
Yesterday, No. 4 Arkansas knocked out No. 1 Gonzaga, 74-68, while No. 2 Villanova defeated No. 11 Michigan, 63-55.
No. 2 Duke reigned triumphant over No. 3 Texas Tech, 78-73, and, in the fourth game, No. 5 Houston managed to knock out No. 1 Arizona, 72-60.
Today, No. 15 Saint Peter’s will face off against No. 3 Purdue, and No. 4 UCLA will take on No. 8 North Carolina.
No. 10 Miami and No. 11 Iowa State will battle on the court, while No. 1 Kansas will go head-t0-head with No. 4 Providence.
After tonight, the weekend will heat up with the Elite Eight for this year’s March Madness.
