There were two exciting NBA games on Tuesday night.
The first matchup showcased the Golden State Warriors continuing to get back on track with a 102-86 victory over the Detroit Pistons. Leading up to this game, the Warriors had lost five of their last seven games. Point guard Steph Curry and shooting guard Klay Thompson combined for 39 points in the must-win opportunity for Golden State.
The other matchup featured the Minnesota Timberwolves defeating the New York Knicks, 112-110. Minnesota continues to gain ground in the West with Tuesday night’s victory leading them in the right direction. Shooting forward Anthony Edwards and center Karl-Anthony Towns combined for over 40 points in their confident win over New York.
