Olivia Munn’s Says Her Pregnancy Has Involved “A Lot of Fear”

Olivia Munn, who is soon expecting her first child with comedian John Mulaney, recently shared how unnerving the public conversation about her pregnancy has been in addition to an already-anxious experience.

“[People were] talking about it and leaking it out there before I’m ready to talk about it,” Munn said in a recent interview.

She went on to explain how this lack of control only adds to the fear of bringing a child into the world, saying: “What if I lose the baby, then it’s already been out there that I have it before I was ready to tell that information. Now I have to live with this. And the stress of that just compounded everything.”

Munn also shared how having an autoimmune disorder and being 41-years-old is already a stressful enough context but that it doesn’t take away from her dedication to motherhood.

“There’s a lot of fear,” she admitted. “And you want to do everything you can to protect your baby.”
