As if the star-studded lineup of performers at this year’s CMA Awards wasn’t enough to excite country music fans for the event happening this week, a newly announced list of announcers features big names in sports, Hollywood, and even social justice.

Faith Fennidy, a young Black activist who has been fighting for change after being sent home from school when her braids were deemed as a violation of school policy, will also take the stage with World Series champion Freddie Freeman of the Atlanta Braves, quarterback Kurt Warner, and actor Zachary Levi.

Katy Perry and Lionel Richie, fellow American Idol judges alongside CMA Awards host Luke Bryan, will also be presenting, as well as actors Dulé Hill, Saycon Sengbloh, Hayley Orrantia, and Susan Sarandon.
