The Northboro Junior Woman’s Club in Massachusetts is holding their annual STEM conference for girls. For the event, they are inviting Southborough students to join them for a free, in person event. The STEM conference is being held on Saturday, April first, however, registration is due by March 24th.
The conference this year is happening at Algonquin Regional High School from 8:15 am to 2:00 pm. There will be an opening presentation prior to the girls attending four interactive career workshops.
The presenters for the conference will tell of what they do in their careers and their interest in the field to begin with. They will also discuss their education. the rewards and challenges of what they do and give hands-on activities, with over 22 workshops to choose from this year.
