Ozzy Osbourne, the legendary frontman of Black Sabbath, has announced a final reunion performance with the original band members on July 5, 2025, at Villa Park in Birmingham, England. This event, titled “Back to the Beginning,” will also feature prominent acts like Metallica, Slayer, and Alice in Chains. Despite his ongoing battle with Parkinson’s disease, which has severely impacted his mobility, Osbourne remains determined to deliver this farewell performance.
His wife, Sharon Osbourne, noted that while the disease has affected his legs, his voice remains as strong as ever. Tickets for the concert are set to go on sale on February 14, with proceeds benefiting charities such as Cure Parkinson’s, Birmingham Children’s Hospital, and Acorn Children’s Hospice. This concert not only marks the end of an era for Black Sabbath but also serves as a heartfelt tribute to Osbourne’s enduring connection to his hometown and fans.
